We have a culinary school, the minimum OA per 62.1 is only 10k cfm, but the fume hood exhaust can go above 100k cfm.

I have couple of questions about filling table 1.4.7: 1- Table 1.4.7A asks for the total cooling capacity, I use HAP 4.6 and the cooling capacities are calculated according to ASHRAE 90.1.

Does anyone know if isolation valves on a multiple chiller plant are required by ASHRAE, or they simply best practice? I have looked into this in ASHRAE documents, but have not found anything yet.
