NC-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
What if the project don't have any A/C? there are 3 retails, 1 wc. All are separated buildings. What should I do with ASHRAE 5.4, 6.4 and for energy simulation?

A portion of our building envelope is historic. Can we exclude it from our model?

Put a/c in your models and set the interior temperature so that they never come on. Seems ridiculous I know but that is the accepted work around.
