We have to document that, for LZ2, max. 2% of initial fixture lumens are emitted at an angle of 90 degrees of more from nadir. In your experience how would you achieve this?

We are working on a rural site which will be classified as LZ1, so will not be allowed any light to be emitted above 90 degrees from nadir.

If there is an existing lighting within the lighting boundary (in our case lighting of the parking lot), should this be included in the assessment, or not?

It seems like most bollard lights emit light straight out to the sides at 180 or 360 deg spreads. Therefore allowing a lot of light to be emitted above 90 deg from nadir.
