Lumens emitted at or 90 degrees from nadir

Hello, When calculating the number of lumens emitted at or above 90 degrees from nadir, is it possible to disregard the lumens that are shielded by the building its self / are not emmited directly to the sky, or have all the lumens above horizontal plane be included (regardless of whether they are 'visible' from the sky or not?). Thank you

If some or all of the uplight is shielded by a solid built structure, then it can be excluded in the uplight portion of the total site. Just show how you determined what percentage of uplight is shielded.
