If you've got full cutoff fixtures you are usually set. However, if you have a situation like we had earlier, with some angled spotlights, you've got a problem.

SSc8 includes a limitation in terms of the total initial designed fixture lumens emitted at an angle of 90 degrees or higher from nadir (for example, 2% for LZ2).

Our project is on an Urban site bordered by Public right of way on all sides. The property line that we will use as a Project Boundary is several feet outside the curb line.
