Zero lot line with lighting on the facade

Hi all! Our project is a zero lot project adjacent to a public walkway.The municipality will not provide any street lighting for the public walkway. The project however will provid street lighting for the walkway by installing lighting at the projects facade though this walking path is not included in the projects scope nor the LEED Boundary. So you see it's the intent by the municipality and the project that the walkway will be lighted by the projects facade lighting. How can we meet the requirements of light trepassing with these conditions? Thanks in advance!
