I have building with zero lot line. Can I receive credit for high SRI hardscape under both credits for the same space on the roof? Do I automatically get 7.1 b/c there's no non-roof area?

Hello, I am working on a project, in which all the parking lots are located underground except 3 preferential parking lots for handicapped, located next to the main entrance (outdoor).
No parking and no hardlandscaping

My project does not have parking and more than 50% of the landscaping will be planted. Can I validate this credit that we limit the creation of hardlandscaping? Thanks a lot

In Option 2 birds-eye view, you note that an Open Top Parking Level is not required to be SRI-compliant. I cannot find where this is specifically designated ?? Can you direct me ?? Thanks.
