I do not think the GBCI reviewers will give you the points for SSc7.1 if you do not have any hardscape. That would not meet the intent of the credit.

Is there a minimum amount of Hardscape Required? Also can I count the street walks around a zero lot line building for this credit since they are required for the buidling to be usable?

Hi! I have the same issue with a zero lot line building. As I know so far, credit SS c4.4 can be achieved, but can SS c7.1 be pursued alone or do we need to achieve SS c7.2?. It does not make sense to me that reviewers will not give us the points because there is no hardscape if we are avoiding heat island effect by complying with SS c7.2.
Any experience with a case like this, any one?
Thanks!!!
