We have 100% of carparking spaces located in 2 stories below ground level. All the roofs of the upper floor form the pedestrian hardscape for the plaza situated above.

What qualifies as "open grid paving"? Can a gravel bed designed to be 50% pervious qualify as "open grid paving"? Thanks
