Blue concrete

The hardscape of our project is blue surface concrete. As SRI is related with the color, how can I find out the SRI of this kind of concrete; I know the LEED Reference Guide which specifies the SRI of concrete but It is just related to gray and white concrete.

Must I test the concrete?
