Our project has been denied this credit because we do not use the exact verbage required for the signage.

Is there a LE/FE motorcycle standard we are required to use for this credit?

Dear All, I have a large mixed use project which includes residential areas. For residential areas, each flat will have a number of fixed parking spaces allocated to it.

A new, LEED warehouse addition is planned for an existing bldg.

I have a current project that has a parking lot surrounded by itself and at least two other buildings. The project has 10 dedicated parking stalls as indicated in their lease.

I see this credit mainly oriented to shopping malls and office buildings, but how should I address a project where all parking spaces are going to be SOLD to individual buyers?

I submitted for this credit for design preliminary phase review a few weeks ago.

In a gas station, would the fuel pumps count towards total parking capacity, seeing that many people who stop for fuel and something from inside the store only "park" at the pump?
