Parking is not a prerequisite for Option 2?

The bird's eye view for this credit states that parking is not a prerequisite for Options 2 and 4.

We are completing a 3,000 SF project for an on-campus group that takes production vehicles and retrofits them to be completely battery electric.

Signage translation

Hi, In our project we're reserving prefered parking spaces for low-emitting, fuel efficient and carpool vehicles. The signage would be painted on the floor of the parking space.

No new parking with LE and FE spaces

Our project is on a campus, where there is an existing parking ramp nearby. There will be "no new parking" used on SSc4.4.

Number of Parking Spaces

We are using 2009 for Retail, New Construction, and are being asked for number of parking spaces for employees and number of spaces for customers.

ADA requirements for charging stations

Just a heads up that some states (CA, I believe) have ADA requirements for the location of electric car charging stations, and related signage.
