Hello, I am working on a campus project where there is common parking for the project I am working on and another project which is LEED platinum certified under the 2.2 version.

My project is located within a college campus. The building does not have its own parking within the LEED boundary. However, there is a campus parking lot adjacent to the builidng.

Option 4: Provide building occupants access to a low-emitting or fuel-efficient vehicle sharing program.

I'm working on a campus student union, with only a few parking spaces within the LEED boundary.

Lots of comments and threads have occurred here regarding combining FE/LE spaces and Electric Fueling Charging stations.

We are working on a community college project which has has an existing parking lot serving the entire campus that already provides enough parking count to cover the parking load of our project. W

In the past we have provided wall or post-mounted signage for the LE/FE preferred parking spaces (Option 1), but it appears that pavement marking alone would be sufficient for this credit.

I was told by a EV Charging Station manufacturer that LEED is revising their standards to require monitoring equipment be included on the units (to track usage, etc). Is this true?

We are working on a project with 350 parking spaces and several tenants. One tenant will install 11 alternative-fuel fueling stations (>3% of all parking spaces in the building).
