Dear all, we have the following situation with one of our projects. The project we are certifying is a laboratory building that is a part of the big existing factory site.

In a situtation where the buidling is nearly to the lot lines in all four directions and the zoning requires 37 parking spaces, we would need to provide 2 LE/FE stalls under option 1.

Updated ACEE list of qualifying cars score >40

Tbe resources available through LEED User is outdated, it only shows the qualifying vehicles up through 2012. Here is the list through 2014.

Our project is a classroom and faculty office building with an occupancy calculated at 89 FTE and 707 peak transients located on an urban college campus .

Our project is at a large university, and a 2-plug Level 2 station has been installed.

Car Share on Campus - reserved for building occupants only?

I seem to remember a requirement somewhere for the Car Share option that for a campus setting, the vehicles must somehow be reserved for use by the LEED building occupants only.

Compact Car Spaces

I have a project that some of the parking spaces that are the shortest distance to the elevator bank are spaces for compact cars.

Loss of points after certification and ramification

One of our recently completed projects obtained Lead Silver and part of the points were based on NC-2009 SSc4.3: and SSC4.4.
