The project we are working on is to be built on a land that has been graded as it is part of a national master plan that defines the plot ratio and creates the buildable plots in advance.

I find it odd that a hotel is not listed as an amenity. Does anyone have any history with getting this accepted? What about a gas station and nursery? (The kind with plants, not children).

My development density radius just touches a 92,000 square foot hotel, which will kick me over the 60,000 sq ft per acre limit.

I'm working on a suburban site that has over ten services within the the 1/2 mile radius, but there is not a sidewalk connecting them.

Services within a college campus

Project I am working on is located within a college campus. Can I count such as a chapel, cafeteria or library as a part of servcie even though they are within the campus?

Drawing the 1/2 Mile Radius for Community Connectivity Credit

I am trying to plot out the 10 community connectivity locations using either google maps or bing maps, and I am unable to draw a 1/2 mile radius circle to enclose the area.
