We are currently doing a government facility and the project requires a LEED notebook be kept. Not having done this prior I need some guidance as to what and how to complete.

Our project has got some retail on the ground floor of an office building that the design team does not want to include in the LEED assessment.

We have a project for a single entity that owns and occupies an entire building. They are required to achieve LEED silver on this renovation per their local code.

We are designing an office space in one floor of an existing building. It will be gutting and full fit-out of this floor alone; nothing else in the building will be touched and the exist.

LEED V4 DATA CENTER

There is a new data center extension to an existing building of a different use (office). The extension is accessible via a corridor. The buildings do share an electrical box.
