Level of Detail for space usage type table

Hi all, What level of detail do you generally use for completing the space usage type table? Do you write down room by room? Do you bundle up rooms by floor?

Working on a 5-story residence hall for university client. The top 4 floors are typical bedroom units, with typical support spaces such as study rooms, lounges, etc.

We have renovation of a college building. Most of the building is made up of faculty offices with some waiting areas and conference rooms.

Exemption in Retail Rating System

I am looking in which rationg system my project can be classified. It has 88% Retail with storages, 7 % offices and 5% nursery. Can we use Retail and the office and nursery falls into an exemption

My project is a surgical suit additions. We are calculating patients as: 1) transients 2) outpatients The only transients for the project are the patients.

Would theater/performance dressing rooms and special dedicated "star" dressing rooms be considered regularly occupied spaces with regard to IEQc8.1 and 2?
