Can we pursue Option 3 walkability if Walkscore doesn't support the country

Hello LEED experts, my project is in Japan, and I checked the Walkscore website, it shows a very high score for my project location. But the website said "unsupported country".

The existing form requires that we pick option 1 or option 2...but the new form has option 3.

In reviewing the new form for walkability, has anyone received a determination as to the total number of points received for a walkabilty score of 90-100?
