In reviewing the new form for walkability, has anyone received a determination as to the total number of points received for a walkabilty score of 90-100? On one page it states up to 8 points, and on the form up to 5 points.

It looks like it's been corrected (I just downloaded v02 of the template and it's showing 1-8 points for Option 3).
