Sheathing included or excluded in "wall panels"?

In LEED v4.1 they've changed to a wall panels category which focuses mostly on finish wall treatments. Does this category include gypsum sheathing?

The notes about changes to LEEDv4.1 indicate that the VOC budget method has been removed, although it is still asked as a question in the calculator. Please confirm if it is an option.

Hi! We will be installing a polyethylene based, uncoupling and waterproofing membrane (Schluter-DITRA) on top of our concrete floor before installing the ceramic tiles.

Which category do tackboards and markerboards need to comply with - wall panels or composite wood?  Or both?  Is there a certification that meets both?
