Is the multifamly BPF listed for this ACP for all multifamily projects or only those registered under Multifamily midrise/multifamily rating systems?

I have had no issues with this credit and apply it to all Mulitfamily Midrise projects which are typically showing compliance over ASHRAE 90.1-2013 in NYC.

Is there a benefit/penalty with regard to points earned by using this method compared to a 2010 PRM comparison?

Has anyone found that they earned more or less points by using the 2016 PRM comparison rather than a 2010 PRM comparison?
