Bike storage distance

How do you calculate the distance if the bike storage is inside the building basement and you can bike to it after you have entered the door?

Hi all! I need clarification regarding mean lamp lumens for light pollution reduction credit. Most specification sheets of light fixtures only show the initial lumens value, not mean lamp lumens.

getting hot water from CHP, but not the power. Can I still get the credit of the power produced?
