Hi,
I am assisting with the certification of a shop expansion project that will have a solar system that generates at least 50% of the required energy to run the new addition (I do not know the exact percentage at this time).
Is it still possible to get the maximum of 2 points possible for the green power & carbon offsets credit if the remaining percentage of energy is purchased as required? I did not see anything in the language or guide that stated if the required percentage of energy (50% or 100%) could be the remaining non-green energy consumption, in this case being energy not generated via the spv system.

Yes. You subtract off the on site renewables. You should also consider substituting the v4.1 credit as potentially more points are avalible.
