Scenario 1 - Is solar energy produced inside the campus but outside of the project boundary considered towards the credit?

We are to create an energy model for a 8 floor building, which will be partially hotel, partially family apartments.

I have a project with covered parking areas. In ASHRAE 2010 - Table 9.4.3B, there is no category for covered parking areas. How can I determine LPD Allowance for this area?

Does a Project that is located inside a previously developed industrial park count as previously developed to comply with option 1 or do i have to go for option 2?

We have a CI Office project in Shanghai, where we are attempting for Low Emitting materials credit. The testing for three categories of materials that we have, are as per GB China standards.

Shall we include gowning room for cleanroom project in VRP in IEQp1?
