MRpc87 Verified C&D Recycling Rates

This pilot credit was very easy to achieve because the project is in California.  Our hauler held Certification of Recycling Rates issued by the Recycling Certification Institute.

Professional/Private Sports Field as Open Space?

We have a stadium project that is open air, so the grass turf field is not covered. However, the field is not publicly accessible at any time.

C&DWM Campus credit

The LEED reference guide has the C&DWM Planning Pre-req as eligible for Campus credit, but the actual C&DWM credit has Campus INeligible (both are eligible for Group). Why?!

We have an insulation material that can comply either as inherently non-emitting or meets general emissions evaluation, and has been checked as inherently non-emitting by the contractor,
