Our project is bounded by a stream on one side, a road on another and 2 sides are on an active pedestrian mall (non motorized) with retail and restaurants meeting the height to width ratio.

Hi, we have one project that meets all SSpc14 credit requirements but street trees. One side of the building (not the main entrance) is located by the on-site car park.

project with courtyard walls...

We have a small project with a courtyard with an area pretty much doubling the building footprint which has a wall (concrete wall, not a fence) all along the peripheral yard.

Our project has two facades extending along sidewalks. Going by the credit requirements, we cannot have more than fifty feet of blank facade.
