Sidewalk clarification

One of the requirements states, "At-grade crossings with driveways account for no more than 10% of the length of sidewalks within the project".

For this credit, one of the requirements is "Continuous sidewalks [...] serve all buildings [...] and connect them with public sidewalks.".

Urban setting/city block difficulties

When completing this pilot credit, it seems that it should give more allowances for buildings that have streets on all four sides (take up an entire city block).
