When completing this pilot credit, it seems that it should give more allowances for buildings that have streets on all four sides (take up an entire city block). In our case 3 of our 4 sides meet all of the criteria perfectly, but in the "rear" of our building that is also along a street, a lot of back of house items have been placed there that make it a little more difficult to meet the requirements. If the credit gave a little more leeway, such as meeting the requirements with 80% of the perimeter for buildings that have 100% street frontage then I think it would still meet the intent and give projects that have four street frontages more of a chance to participate in this credit.
