Dear all,
A short feedback about our experience related with SS PC 14 for two office projects in France (one new build under LEED NC V3 and one major refurbishment under LEED CS V3).
For both projects, the project sites were urban. Therefore, achieving connectivity issues was easy (connection with streets sidewalks for instance). With parking spaces located on the basements, it is quite easy to provide walkable space which also constitutes conviviality spaces.
Finally, I will say that this SS pc 14 credit is a good intent to provide walkable spaces and take into account building relation with
its urban environment.
I hope that helps.
Kind regards,
Amanda Johnson

Hi Loïc, I am interested in your feedback for another project in France that we are working on. The project responds very well to the credit intent for connectivity and walking, but the refurbishment project is on a major Paris Avenue that does not have trees - was this an issue for the 2 projects you talk about since the context sound similar?
