When it comes to option 2 it is request to describe the method for determining reflectance values. Would a prescriptive descriptive apporach be accepted i.e. based on colour selection?

Lighting control in office space

I am working on an office building that has overhead lighting that is controlled based on occupancy sensors. The fixtures are grouped per 3,6 meters and there is no manual override.
