The reference guide states that "If multiple, discrete HVAC systems operate independently, the team may flush out portions of the building as work is completed in each area served by a given system

My project is a mid-rise building with the lower 5 levels being open air parking. Is that required to be flushed, and meet humidity and temperature requirements?

I like using canister collection TO-15 for the simplicity, but it appears TO-17 thermal desorption is required for this credit?

Is there any recourse if you go for an Option 1 flushout and fail to meet the temp or humidity limit at any point during the duration?

It appears that only an Option 1, Path 1 flushout actually needs to install new filtration media before beginning the process. Why would that not apply to Option 1, Path 2?
