Greetings all,

My question is there is one new construction project G+3P+9+R Residential Building which is certifying under leed version -4

Number of floor G+9 

Floor area - 1300 sqm or 14000sq.ft

 

The management wants to perform Indoor Air Quality assessment for securing 2 points.

 

My understanding is that,1 testing /floor as it below the 25k sqft gross floor area.

so overall 9+1 equal 10, 10 points overall.

 

is this correct evaluation?

It looks like this post went a while and you probably have your answer - please report back what the findings were.  Based only on area one sample per floor could be allowable but it may depend on the spaces and the HVAC system serving them if multiple samples per floor may be required. It is common to have more samples required due to HVAC configuration than per floor requirements alone.
