PPA of PV on building roof with partial RECs

Solar panels will be installed on the roof of the building to be certified though a Power Purchase Agreement.

For a LEED energy model following ASHRAE 90.1-2010 Appendix G, we're modeling a domestic solar hot water system with:

  • 3 flat plate collectors

We have a project registered under LEED V4 2024 update. Can we switch to LEED V4.1 for minimum energy performance & optimize energy performance credit?
