Hi everyone, Reading the v4 reference guide, it seems that the default process energy being 25% of total energy cost for the baseline disappeared from the requirements. Have you also noticed it?

In the building there is an electric transformer that transforms the electricity coming from the grid into low voltage energy. The transformer is particularly efficient.

Can you take credit for occupancy sensors that control HVAC systems? I am thinking probably not for system operation E.g setbacks, agree? But I am unsure for the ventilation.

We have a Green Building Council in Australia that has a very advanced energy simulation methodology that achieves the same outcomes as the ASHRAE 90.1 process outlined in LEED.

90.1-2007 G3.1.1 exception d vs 90.1-2010 exception c

Exception c requires that lab spaces use a system 5 or 7 in the same way that exception d does, but exception c does not prescribe any specific turn down during unoccupied periods.
