NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Third Party Review v4?

Does anyone know if either prereq EA - Minimum Energy Performance, or the Optimize Energy Performance credit need a third party review as it did under the CaGBC's LEED 2009? It hasn't mentioned it anywhere in the Guide?

I am not aware of any third party review that is required for LEED v4.
