Gender Neutral Restrooms and Commercial Food Service Sinks

I'm trying to fill out the water reduction calc but I'm not sure how to account for GN restrooms and commercial kitchen sinks. This project has core restrooms with toilets and urinals.

I am working on a large data center that is being installed in an existing building. The nearest restroom is existing and being modified ONLY for current ADA requirements.

Watersense Labelled product not listed in EPA Product List

We have received manufacturer documentation indicating that a lavatory faucet spec'd for one of our projects is WaterSense labelled however, this product is not listed within the EPA's Product

Is it forbidden by the LEED to have à Infrared Taps / sensor taps/automatic Taps

Could you told me if it is forbidden by the LEED standard to put an infrared tap in the toilet?

Are you still allowed to install metered faucets in public lavs, you just can't claim an savings from the conversion?

Using the logic from the previous posts below on water closets, flushmeters and bowls etc, one might draw a conclusion that the GBCI has a similar response/position for urinals that are NOT complet
