Hello all. Our site consists of an existed building that is going to be demolished, some paved areas and approximately 30% of green areas with turf-grass and few trees.

1.5 FAR for a residential project

Hi, The credit states that projects with 1.5 FAR will allow vegetated roof or roof gardens to be qualified in the area calculations.

Dear All, We are pursuing option 1 in one of our projects and want to submit it for Design Submission as this is a Design Credit. However Documentation requires "basic soils test(s) to demonstrate
