Supplemental Guidance to the MPR for LEED v4

It seems to me that the MPR guidance for LEED v4 does not sufficient to comprehend the project specific features.

Hi All, The Situation is as follows. Project is registered under LEED 2009 v3, whose Final review is completed, and now client is planning to Refurbish, Reorient or Relocate some of the Major/Minor
