Ceiling Clouds

We have a music room with some hanging ceiling clouds that contain acoustical ceiling tiles with a high NRC (.90). Can we count the cloud areas twice?

For reasons I don't need to get into here, we started off using the LEED for School Beta form (version 0.2.3) but had to switch to Version 4.0.

I have a kindergarten, 7440sf, ground level only, all learning spaces are on perimeter with windows. There is only a small road on the one side about 20 m away.

We are currently working on a project wich the HVAC system selected was the split highwall, and there are 3 evaporation machines inside each classroom.
