Hello, we have project with facade consisting of horizontal lamellas and glazing between them - like steps. The glazing is almost from a floor to ceilings.

In the Reference Guide, under Exemplary Performance for this credit, item #4 mentions a "view factor." What is that? I can't find an explanation of it in the Reference Guide or on LEED User.com.
