Hello, We are working on a LEED-CS project which required 14 showers per the FTE count. The architect is proposing to locate 8 showers within the women´s locker room, and 6 within the men´s.
Is it ok to take out charge for changing facilities?

Hi! Our project, an office building, will have the changing facilities adjacent to a gym. The tenant will take out a small charge from the workers for usage of the gym.

I would assume that in a multiple occupancy CS building, the shower and changing room(s) would need to be in a location that is readily accessible to all, like common space.

Hi all, We are working on a residential building. The quantity of resident should use the architect's calculation which based on OBC or put the number which based on the LEED reference guide?
