Hi!
Our project, an office building, will have the changing facilities adjacent to a gym. The tenant will take out a small charge from the workers for usage of the gym. This will mean that the biking comuters can not get to the changing facilities without paying, is that ok for LEED?

No, apparently you can only use gyms to satisfy the requirement if you meet the following rules:
"...health club memberships if those facilities are provided free of charge and if sufficient shower and changing facilities are available to satisfy the credit requirements of .5% of the tenant FTE. A minimum of a 2-year contract is required between the tenant and the health club."
