CS-2009 SSc4.2:Alternative Transportation—Bicycle Storage and Changing Rooms

Medical Office Building w/ Decontamination Shower Room

We are providing a Core and Shell project for a health care tenant that will be responsible for the interior buildout. Does any one know if a decontamination room with a shower would comply with the shower requirement for credit SSc4.2? Assumeing the shower meets the FTE % requirements as well as accessibility. Please advise?

If any occupant can use that shower at regular times, it would probably comply but if it is reserved for decontamination use only I would think it doesn't.
