I'm creating the map for Option 2 - Community Connectivity. There are no major highways within the 1/2 mile radius and all of the services are accessible via sidewalk.

Hi, We are trying to determine if a site that has historically been developed, however all buildings have been removed approx. 40 years ago can be considered previously developed.

If I go for the exemplary performance credit but use path 2, I would need to show 120,000 SF/acre in a site area twice my base.

The sample calculations in the Tool Kit example all have a building on the property. My real life example has some areas with surface parking and no building.

Our project meets the service part of Option 2, but the 10 units per acre is not so easy in this rural development. Our County rarely approves 10 unit per acre density's.

Hello, Our C&S project is located within 1/2 mile radius of more than 10 basic services. There is pedestrian access between the building and the services.

We are certifying a project in a semi rural area. Although we have identified 10 basic services, the reviewers have questioned the pedestrian access to these areas.
