Is my site previously developed?

What exactly does LEED mean by residential neighborhood or area?

Only a portion of my complying residential development lies within the ½-mile radius. Will this suffice for credit compliance?

20 or More Basic Services - Innovation Credit?

Hello, Is it possible to get an innovation credit for projects that have 20 or more basic services (that are different)? Regards, Ian

This credit doesn't offer an exemplary performance for option 2. Accordingly you don't get innovation point for your case
