For an CI: ID+C Project Can you can earn / achieve innovation in design credit for following BD+C Enhanced Refrigerant protocols in CI project?

If our healthcare clinic will be purchasing new medical equipment associated with this gut interior renovation, might eliminating DEHP/PVC from one of the product lines achieve an ID credit?
