Furniture Donations and Reuse

We have a client that is building out a LEED-CI certified office space in a new location and will move from their current offices after the build out is complete.

I have comingled waste and diverted metals.  One recycler sorts CMU, wood, paper/cardboard and metal off-site and records are kept in CYDs.  The other two recycle centers do Ferrous metal

Concrete wash-out water

The company we hired to provide concrete washout containers RECYCLES the water, can this water recycling count towards LEED credit - if yes in what category - materials and resources? Thanks

We have a project where there for example lighting fittings, some doors etc. that would be possible to reuse at other in other buildings.

We are performing a 2009 Commercial Interior for the reuse of a 7000 sq ft decommissioned Army base building. In the demolition phase, we collected old ceiling tiles to return to the manufacturer.
