Most Appropriate Specialty

I'd like to have a clear understanding of which specialty will be considered 'most' appropriate for any given project. Can a LEED AP+BD&C 'count' for a project pursuing LEED CI certification...

I am pretty sure you have 25 business days under v3, but is it 30 business days for v2.0 then? I can't find that information anywhere.

The building in question has been modeled using Energy Pro and has calculated a baseline virtual energy rate...
