Artificial Turf

Please exclude artifical (plastic + forever chemicals) for ground cover.

Artifical turf contains a class of chemicals called PFAS.

The prerequisite seems challenging to get and think it should adress other environmental prioirty issues depending on the region.

Think to have universal accessibility and open space is a big asset, and also to include green roofs and wetlands or ponds.

I think to have 15 native or adapted species as a baseline is a great asset.

I am thrilled to have wildfire part of this credit but the text provided is not very clear and also not up to date in some of its references.

I am surprised that this one only refers to flooding. Wildfire should be added here as site design and maintenance are critical to ensure wildfire resilience.
