Small Project BoD

I picked up a project in my firm after the first review was compelted. It seems that a BoD was never created for this project, as it is very small and the CxA was hired late.

Tenant's Project Scope

I have a small office fit-out which is served by a 5 RTUs exclusively. In the tenant's scope of work is only the ductwork and lighting with lighting controls.

Domestic Hot Water definition

Could someone give me the definition of domestic hot water systems? Would a water heater installed for a shower or a kitchen sink be considered a domestic hot water system?

Define "Owner" on a CI Project

Is the "Owner" the building owner/manager, or the tenant on CI project, assuming it is a multi-tenant building where the tenant and owner are not the same...?
