For a project that has multiple typical floors and a large area, is it allowable to simulate a typical floor and just multiply the non/daylit areas for documentation?

We have some projects in which regularly occupied spaces are designed with no-windows because of client's requirements. These are process areas (a kitchen and a laboratory).
