Our project is located in the west of Ireland. The project is a warehouse extension (a single LEED project) on an existing commercial campus, and the entire campus is the same owner/occupier.

Building Footprint - Overhanging eaves

The roof of our project has overhanging eaves. To calculate the footprint of the building, should we consider the perimeter of the walls at ground level or the perimeter of the roof?

We have a site which meets the definition of greenfield. It was previously in agricultural use, and is now located in an industrial park.
